Hi James,

Nice to see you back to writing insightful pieces in the midst of  
your busy consulting load.

Love the scenarios, as long as they are 'real' high need  
requirements, not simply someone's effort to come up with a clever  
exception to normal require behaviour and progress.

Also like your discussion on product expertise. Nice to see we can  
tick off your 'product management checklist' ;-) as can most good  
vendors / distributors. My only comment is that it is perhaps the  
professionals in the industry that need to ensure all of these items  
are addressed as it is hard for any normal customer organisation to  
make these determinations in a real sense.
