[australia] Canberra Content Management seminar tomorrow

Quite right, the list has been quiet of late!

I hope the seminar goes well and look forward to any postings or  
discussions in our little virtual neck of the woods.

On another topic, Open Publish (the birthplace of the CM Pros  
Australia Community) is on again in Sydney from August 1 - 3 at  
Rydges World Square ... see http://www.openpublish.com/ with many of  
us speaking, exhibiting or attending (basically our de facto annual  
get together).

This year, CMPAC has a stand at the event, with a view to telling  
people about CM Pros and encouraging membership and attendance at our  
Sydney and Melbourne meetings. For anyone able to 'man the stand' (so  
to speak), please email me with your confirmation and times available  
during the conference. I have some speaking commitments and a Komodo  
CMS stand to man but will also spend time on the CM Pros Stand, all  
assistance is greatly appreciated.

We also have our Sydney meeting on Wednesday the 1st of August at  
5.30PM at the same venue and would appreciate a large turnout as this  
is the steering committee election meeting and is usually a good  
night filled with interesting conversation.

As a final note, I also recommend registering for Open Publish and  
coming along to discourse on Content Management. The program is now  
on the Open Publish website and CM Pro members receive a registration  
discount. Come along and ask the hard questions of your fellow CMPAC  
members.
