Simon Rawson | Microz
Simon was appointed Strategic Services Director for Stellent in 2000. Today
Simon works as an independent consultant, specialising in advising content
management and workflow vendors on future product directions. Simon also
works with clients in identifying market niches and product differentiators,
patenting advanced technologies and helping client organisations define
requirements for content management solutions.

Xavier Brouwer | Autonomy
Xavier has been working as an IT architect and consultant in the knowledge
management, enterprise search and CRM space for the last ten years. After
working on a variety of multi-country, multi-lingual customer Internet
systems for Hewlett-Packard in Europe and Asia, he worked for DWS in
Australia specializing in search and business process automation projects.
Xavier is currently a Business Development Manager for Autonomy in
Australia.

Howard Sachs | iFocus
Howard specialises in the integration of search engines, content management
systems and portals to achieve targeted information discovery. He has
implemented search in public websites such as Telstra Online and Intranets
such as Coles Myer Intranet Portal. Howard is a Senior eBusiness Consultant
for iFocus, a Web, Knowledge Management and eLearning consultancy in
Melbourne.

Melanie Kendell | Emorphus
Since Melanie works mostly with XML based content, she has a slightly
different tack on search because metadata for her is not simply keywords
stuck on after the fact but is embedded in the semantics of the content
model. Founding member of the Emorphus consultancy, Melanie helps
organizations achieve a sustainable information management solution.

Martin Bauer | Design IT
Martin Bauer is the Managing Director of designIT, a company focused on the
implementation of effective content management solutions. He is also the
world's first accredited Feature Driven Development Project Manager - one of
the most popular agile methodology.

David is Director of Komodo CMS Pty Ltd and the co-creator and product
strategist behind its successful Australian web content management system.
David is also Co-Chair of the Content Management Professionals Australia
